The objectives of the NRWCA Mission Statement are to:

  • Support and assist it’s members in order that they operate successfully in their contracting speciality.
  • Create public awareness of wildfire contractors and their vital link to governmental agencies.
  • Work toward solutions to common problems within the industry
  • Share Technology
  • Raise the standards and practices of the industry by requiring members comply with government standards
  • Generate Business opportunities
  • Honor federal and state procurement and dispatch procedures
  • To be recognized by the federal and state agencies as the representatives of the wildfire contractor’s community
  • To promote communication between federal, state, local agencies and our members
