The objectives of the NRWCA Mission Statement are to:
- Support and assist it’s members in order that they operate successfully in their contracting speciality.
- Create public awareness of wildfire contractors and their vital link to governmental agencies.
- Work toward solutions to common problems within the industry
- Share Technology
- Raise the standards and practices of the industry by requiring members comply with government standards
- Generate Business opportunities
- Honor federal and state procurement and dispatch procedures
- To be recognized by the federal and state agencies as the representatives of the wildfire contractor’s community
- To promote communication between federal, state, local agencies and our members
